1. What you pay for
Each reading is a one-time ₹39 purchase of a digital service, generated immediately after payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
2. When you get a full refund
- Our analysis can't read your palm after 2 free retakes.
- Our analysis can't read your palm and you don't send a new photo within 3 days.
- Your reading can't be generated because of a technical problem on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same reading.
- You were charged but the order did not complete.
In these cases we refund automatically, or you can email us and we will.
3. When refunds don't apply
Once a reading has been delivered, we can't offer refunds for disagreement with its content, because readings are for entertainment and are generated and delivered instantly.
4. Cancellation
You can leave at any point before paying at no cost. Because processing starts as soon as payment is confirmed, a paid order can't be cancelled, but section 2 still applies.
5. Timelines
We start approved refunds within 2 business days, to the original payment method. Banks usually credit them within 5 to 7 business days; UPI is often faster.
