1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of yourpalmist.com (the "Service"), operated by TechTwins Infoservices (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a reading you agree to them.
2. The Service
You upload a photograph of your palm and provide your date of birth and gender. After payment, we generate a palm reading that includes a palm line map, hand analysis, and written readings on personality, career, money, love, marriage, health, challenges, and luck.
Readings are produced automatically using a third-party palmistry analysis service and, for Hindi, automated translation.
3. For entertainment and self-reflection only
Palmistry is a traditional practice, not a science. Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, health, financial, legal, psychological, or relationship advice, and must not be relied on for any decision. If you need such advice, consult a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Only upload a photo of your own palm, or of someone who has given you permission and is at least 18.
5. Price and payment
A reading costs ₹39, inclusive of applicable taxes, payable once per reading. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
Your reading is generated only after payment is confirmed. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies.
6. Photo quality, retakes and refunds
Before payment we check that your photo is clear and bright enough; this check doesn't confirm that our analysis can read your palm. If our analysis can't read your palm after payment, we email you and you can retake up to 2 times at no cost. If it still fails, or you don't send a new photo within 3 days, you receive a full refund. See the Refunds and cancellation policy.
7. Your content
You keep all rights in your photo. You give us a limited licence to store and process it, and to share it with our processors, solely to produce and deliver your reading. We do not use your photo for advertising or publish it.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not upload images that are not a palm, or that contain other people without their consent.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. Your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may share it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim relating to a reading is limited to the amount you paid for that reading. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
